HAVN Consulting Ltd is a private company registered in England and Wales.

HAVN Consulting Ltd:

• is not a law firm;
• is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA);
• is not regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) or the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA);
• is not regulated by the Ordem dos Advogados (Portugal).

HAVN does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or regulated legal services of any kind.

HAVN operates solely as a digital marketplace and technology platform.

The platform’s function is limited to:

• facilitating introductions between users and independent, third-party immigration and legal professionals;
• providing administrative, informational, and technical tools to support those introductions.

HAVN does not:

• assess the legal merits of a user’s case;
• provide immigration or legal advice;
• represent users before courts, tribunals, or authorities;
• supervise, direct, or control regulated professionals.

All professional advice and legal services are provided exclusively by independent third-party professionals.

Professionals accessible via the HAVN platform may include, without limitation:

• Solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) in the United Kingdom
• Immigration advisers regulated by the OISC or IAA
• Lawyers registered with the Ordem dos Advogados in Portugal

Each professional:

• acts independently;
• operates under their own regulatory authority;
• is solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, professional rules, and regulatory obligations.

HAVN does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the advice, outcomes, or services provided by any listed professional.

HAVN does not supervise, monitor, or control:

• the advice given by third-party professionals;
• the conduct of third-party professionals;
• the quality, accuracy, or legality of services provided.

Any engagement between a user and a professional constitutes a direct contractual relationship between those parties only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• HAVN accepts no liability for advice, services, omissions, errors, or outcomes arising from interactions with third-party professionals;
• HAVN is not responsible for losses, damages, or claims resulting from reliance on professional advice obtained through the platform;
• HAVN shall not be liable for regulatory breaches committed by third-party professionals.

Users acknowledge that they engage professionals at their own risk.

The presence of a professional on the HAVN platform does not constitute:

• an endorsement;
• a recommendation; or
• a guarantee of results.

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any professional.

These Regulatory Disclosures are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Disclosures shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

HAVN Consulting Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Regulatory Disclosures at any time to reflect changes in law, regulation, or business operations.

Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclosures.
