Job Description

We’re looking for licensed UK immigration lawyers to join the Havn marketplace and support global mobility with expert-led legal services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide immigration legal services to clients referred via Havn
  • Enter into direct solicitor–client relationships under your own practice
  • Deliver legal advice, representation, and case management in line with UK immigration law
  • Set and agree legal fees directly with clients
  • Ensure professional and regulatory compliance (SRA or OISC)
  • Retain full control and ownership of client data
  • Maintain professional indemnity insurance
  • Act independently and in the client’s best interest at all times

Regulatory Positioning (UK)

Havn operates solely as an intermediary marketplace and client referral service. We do not:

  • Provide legal advice
  • Conduct immigration casework
  • Handle or store client legal data
  • Interfere with solicitor–client relationships

All legal services are provided exclusively by the lawyer, who remains fully accountable to the SRA or OISC.

Eligibility Requirements (UK)

  • Authorized to practice immigration law in the UK
  • Registered and in good standing with the SRA or OISC
  • Legally able to contract directly with clients
  • Willing to accept digital marketplace referrals

Commercial Terms

  • Lawyers retain the majority of legal fees
  • Havn takes a commission per successful referral
  • No exclusivity, no subscriptions, no pricing control
